Our Journey Through 3 Mariachis

2019 – WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

In 2019, 3 Mariachis opened its first location in Vaughan with one mission: bring authentic Mexican flavors and warm hospitality to the GTA. What started as a neighborhood spot quickly became a local favorite.

2019 – WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

In 2020, 3 Mariachis opened its doors with a simple yet powerful mission — to bring authentic taste and warmth to every table. Our chefs began experimenting with fusion recipes.

2022 – GROWING THE FAMILY

By 2022, demand had grown beyond Vaughan. We opened our Richmond Hill location to bring the same recipes, the same passion, and the same family atmosphere to York Region.

2022 – GROWING THE FAMILY

By 2023, 3 Mariachis had grown beyond expectations. This was the year we embraced innovation — from introducing seasonal tasting menus to collaborating with local farmers for the freshest ingredients.

2024 – DOWNTOWN CALLING

In 2024, we brought 3 Mariachis to the heart of Toronto on the Esplanade. With an intimate setting and live mariachi music on weekends, our downtown location became a destination for locals and visitors alike.

In 2024, we expanded 3 Mariachis' presence with new branches and a reimagined dining concept. We refined our brand, upgraded our interiors, and brought global influences to our signature dishes.

By 2026, 3 Mariachis has grown into a GTA institution—three locations, thousands of loyal guests, and a commitment to quality that's never wavered. Here's to the next 7 years.
